Do you have an idea for a course?

TEACH YOUR FELLOW STUDENTS

Would you like to share your knowledge and experience with your fellow students? Do you have a good idea for a course related to study techniques?

Now you have the opportunity to teach at the library's Student-to-Student courses.

In these courses, you as a student have the chance to teach other RUC students methods and techniques relevant to your studies.

As a teacher, you will have opportunity to gain experience in conveying your knowledge while helping your fellow students improve.

Do you have an idea for a course?

We at the library are always interested in new ideas for Student-to-Student courses.

A course typically lasts about an hour, and the topics can vary widely as long as they relate to academic practice.

For example, it could be:

  • Study techniques: Effective ways to read, take notes, and prepare for exams
  • Writing skills: Tips on how to write good project papers
  • Presentation techniques: How to present your research and results orally and/or visually
  • Reading techniques: To improve reading comprehension and memory
  • Visual tools: Analog or digital tools to organize and create an overview
  • Feedback: How to give good feedback to fellow students on assignments and projects to improve quality
  • Group work: Effective collaboration methods to work productively in groups
  • Mental health: Techniques such as mindfulness, meditation, and yoga to enhance well-being and mental health

If you have a topic you would like to share with your fellow students, please contact us at rub@kb.dk.

We look forward to hearing from you.
