BECOME BETTER AT KEEPING TRACK OF YOUR REFERENCES

Zotero is a reference management tool that can help you organize and manage the sources, you rely on during your projects and assignments.

Among other things, Zotero makes it easier to:

• Collect and download sources and their metadata
• Organize your sources and check that their metadata is correct
• Create references and generate bibliographies while you write your assignments
• Read PDFs, annotate and highlight in groups

ABOUT THE ZOTERO COURSE

In our Zotero course, you will learn how to use Zotero to collect references, organize the literature you will use in your assignment, create references and bibliographies easily and quickly in Word, and use Zotero for group work.

After the course, you should be able to:

• Navigate in Zotero’s desktop library and create folders
• Use Zotero’s browser plugin to fetch references and files directly from the web
• Create references and easily generate bibliographies in Word with Zotero
• Use Zotero for group work using group libraries, annotation, and tagging.

The course is by default in Danish, but will be conducted in English if any of the attendees wish so.
