Roskilde University Library imports all publications found in Scopus (from 1990 onwards), which is written in connection with researcher’s employment at RUC. If you wish to import publications that are older than 1990, or publications you have created in connection with an employment before coming to RUC, the below instructions will guide you through the process in Pure.
Important information about research groups and centers in Pure
From 25 May 2023, all researchers' active research groups and centers will automatically be associated with new publications in Pure.
It is therefore important to remove irrelevant affiliations from your publications, so that they are not included in the display of research groups and centers at forskning.ruc.dk etc., if not relevant.
You can easily remove unwanted associations by removing them on the minus sign next to the units in the registration template (see below) – please remember that your institute cannot be removed.
