Researchers at Roskilde University have the opportunity to report awards, scholarships, or honors via Pure. The scope for registration is broad and can include a wide range of distinctions, both national and international. Examples include nominations or awards such as "Teacher of the Year," "The Golden Coffeepot," a “Best Paper Award,” a Ph.D. award, travel scholarships, honorary memberships, and more.
All entries are displayed on Roskilde University’s research portal.
Entries are made using a single template. The template is accessed by selecting 'Awards' via the green 'Add new' button on the right side of the screen in Pure.
In the template, you add all award information:
- Title
- Year of award
- Optional description of the occasion or motivation for receiving the award
- Awarding organization. Reuse already registered organizations or create a new one if it doesn’t exist. Both internal and external organizations can be selected.
- Optional event. Reuse an event if it has already been created, or create a new one if necessary.
- Award recipients, where you can specify yourself and any co-recipients. Remember, if adding an external person, to list only the person’s primary organization.
You may also optionally add various documents and/or files related to the award, assign keywords, and relate it to other elements already registered in Pure.
Please note that awards are not centrally approved or validated, so it is very important to proofread carefully.
